TruVision Readers return policy is one that's easy to understand so if you are not happy with your Readers you ordered in the first 30 Days, send them back. We stand behind our products so there are no questions you have to answer to qualify.180 Day Warranty - If your Frames suffer any defects within the first 180 days after purchase, you can use the warranty to exchange them for a new pair. The Warranty only covers manufacturer defects. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tears.
